How to Book
A booking form is sent to parent/carer's every half term via Parent mail. You will be notified via email of your booking status request. We require a week's notice for cancellations. It is parent’s responsibility to ensure that Carr Lodge Academy has up to date contact details, including your email.
In order to pay for your Kingfisher Childcare sessions we use a secure online e-payment system called ParentPay. You can make payments and see your payment history. Existing members of ParentPay can add siblings to their existing account.
You will receive your username, password and details of how to activate your account. When you first access your account you will be asked to change your login details. You can add funds into your basket at any time and then allocate the payments for Kingfisher Childcare once the charges have been added to your account.
Carr Lodge Academy accepts Childcare Vouchers from a range of providers. Enquiries about payment by vouchers should be directed to the academy office.
The academy reserves the right to withdraw access to childcare services if payments are not kept up to date.
